and we will refund your money or credit your charge card for the

Returned Goods: Written authorization
from NorthWest Builders Network, Inc. customer service is required prior to returning
goods. Returns must be shipped
freight prepaid to the location designated by NorthWest Builders Network, Inc.
Credit will be issued from original invoice price,
less a 20% restocking charge. Merchandise which is
obsolete, discontinued and/or older than one year is
not eligible
for return.
Claims: Claims resulting from loss, shortages or damage-in-transit
must be acknowledged on the delivery receipt. Concealed
damages must be filed with NorthWest Builders Network, Inc. within
5 days of delivery.
