Application for Payment allows you to list customers, jobs, schedules of values and change orders and create payment applications on AIA and non-AIA forms. You can work in percentages or dollar amounts, selectable by job, and print worksheets and preview sheets to aid in preparation of the application.

The program immediately recalculates the entire application when any change is made, and bills final retainage and 100% completion in a single step.
