OUR RETURN POLICY FOR ITEMS PURCHASED ONLINE
Your complete satisfaction is our goal!
Please take up to 30 days to review any item ordered on our website. If you are not 100% satisfied with the product, or you decide a product is not what you expected, simply return it and we will gladly credit your charge card for the original purchase price of the product, less shipping charges. Merchandise must be returned in unused, like-new condition. Some restrictions may apply (please see below for details). If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately at: 1-888-810-8296 so we can promptly resolve it for you.
Return Instructions
To start the return process, call us at 1-888-810-8296 and we'll promptly provide
you with detailed instructions on how to return your merchandise for a refund
or exchange. We will also provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) number for each return, which is valid for 14 days. The valid RMA
number must be included with your return in order to assure proper credit.
We are not responsible for merchandise returned without a valid RMA number.
Important note:
Except in cases where the return is the result of a shipping error or the item arrives damaged or defective, original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Merchandise in unused, like-new condition must be returned within 30 days of
order date, with the following exceptions:
These products are NOT returnable
- Software or Downloaded products
- Custom made or made-to-order products
- Videos & DVD's
- Special ordered items
- Garden Furniture & Accessories
- ADA tables & benches
- Gift Certificates
Manufacturer's warranties may also give you additonal protection.

Refunds
A refund can only be issued to the original credit card used for purchase. All returns must include the following:
- A copy of your original Receipt
- A copy of your original Packing Slip
- Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA)
Damaged Items and Shortage Claims
Please inspect all merchandise immediately upon receipt. Any damaged or missing items must be reported within 3 business days of delivery by calling toll free 1-888-810-8296 8 am to 5 pm PST.
Return Policy Exceptions
Software Products
Software is not refundable unless returned unopened
in original packaging with documentation, or the software is defective. If
your software is defective we will exchange the software for the same as
purchased. Special return options may be available for selected software
publishers, please see Warranty & Return info on individual product pages
for details.
Downloadable Products
Please note that we cannot provide a refund for any downloaded software, books, videos, DVD's, white papers or other downloaded documents or files. If you are unsure which software is right for you, ask us BEFORE you buy, and we can help you decide.
Please notify us promptly if your order is inaccurately fulfilled.
